This is an original, exclusive tour for 12 days / 11 nights, in the mountains of Armenia, with views of the legendary Ararat Mountain. Autumn tours are very special due to the fact that autumn season has the highest energy volume among the 4 seasons, according to the knowledge of ancient eastern healers and scientists. Autumn is often called “The Golden Season” as it symbolizes the maturity of nature before its winter sleep, as well – it provides a great potential for calming the active dynamic energies of summer and starting a deeper self-observation and discovery, which you can include in your spiritual practices during our tour, and our Armenian yogi-guide will help you along the whole trip. You will get to know very useful things about healthy food, healthy sleep, about secure hiking in semi-extreme conditions and so on.
The tour is organized every month - from the 1st till 12th of each month, besides the first period of September 2012, when the tour starts at irregular date of September 12th to September 24th.
The journey goes through unique places of power in the Geghama mountains of Armenia and includes one of the 4 most powerful spots of natural energy in the world - the Valley of Happiness, with the Dragon Gorge being its gigantic entrance and the ancient Cave City, yet officially non-excavated and full of secrets, which we may have a chance to discover.
During the trip we will dive into the gorgeous mountainous world full of powerful healing energy, where we will get acquainted to the ancient, yet undiscovered culture, which left us petroglyphs and dragon stones, with civilization of Urarts / Urartians, with monuments of the first Christians and with khachkars. We will pass through places full of medicinal herbs and their fragrance, wild bushes, fruits trees and many other wonders. Each day we will pass through a number of natural zones, from very rocky semi-dry zones to green, refreshing, and unbelievably beautiful ones. We will also have a chance to meet a few tribal camps of Yezidis (the biggest national minority in Armenia, with a very interesting culture and pagan beliefs, which is a kind of ancient Zoroastrian religion). We will also pass by a huge field of prehistoric tombs – a unique sign of a developed civilization which existed here about 7-9000 years ago. The place is very mystical and gives you a great feeling of being an explorer. The place is yet unexcavated and has all its secrets inside the small hills.
This trip is a great chance to start something new, something spiritual. As well – it’s a wonderful occasion for recovering from stresses of urban life, for getting a perfect health condition, for meditation and trainings, for self-development and self-perfection.
